About Backyard Pitmasters

A Backyard Pitmaster BBQ class is the perfect setting for indoor and outdoor hands-on instruction on smoking brisket and other cuts of beef, pork, seafood, and fowl. BrisketU, the original backyard BBQ class taken by thousands of students across Texas, is the ultimate guide for any backyard grilling enthusiasts looking to learn the techniques needed to smoke a brisket like a pro. During our classes experienced pitmasters, passionate about the BBQ culture, teach proven techniques for mastering your BBQ pit. All of our Backyard Pitmaster classes will endow you with the tools and skills to choose the right meat, trim it, rub it, smoke it, baby it, cut it, serve it and eat it.
